I called Mike at Fountain Blue because i was having a leak coming from one of the valves from my equipment. He let me know over the phone what the problem could be. He said he would handle it. The office called and said he would come by the next day with the part and install. The next day i woke up around 9AM and the part was already installed and my equipment was good to go. No more leak! Mike makes anyone's issues his own. Nicest guy in the world and most importantly knows what he's doing and does his work in a timely manner. THANK YOU MIKE. Original pool built around 83/84 and refinished by Fountain Blue around 2020/2021. They’ve been servicing it since then and we won’t let anyone other than Desmond near it. Pool always looks great!
I’m giving a five rating based on my service guy. I cannot speak for others. Desmond Shows up consistently at the same time and lets me know if there are any changes, his proactive on keeping the pool and optimal condition and alerts me of any potential issues or changes that I need to make.
