The dental front desk staff were very nice. The three girls working up front were gentle, polite, and spoke very well with everyone. They were always willing to help and greeted everyone properly with kindness. They helped me a lot during my visit. The last time I was there, they treated me very well. The two ladies who assisted me were Dahana and Mooren—both are amazing front desk staff members at the Dental Department. They stepped in right when I needed help and even assisted me with my insurance. I want to take the time to truly appreciate them. Today was a very sad day, having to part ways with the Dulce program. Thank you to Foundcare and the Dulce program for helping my kids and I in a tremendous way! Mrs. Roslyn you’re truly an angel, thank you for going so hard for us!

Overall, the front desk team has consistently demonstrated compassion and professionalism at every visit, but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the exemplary service from Laura L. After noticing I was incorrectly billed, Laura immediately went above and beyond to rectify my overpayment. She is a true patient advocate and essential to the success of FoundCare's mission.
