Foundation Chiropractic provided an exceptional level of care during one of the most physically challenging experiences I’ve had. I saw Dr. Chuck Mitzelfeld on Monday for severe lower back pain that came out of nowhere, I had no prior injuries, but suddenly couldn’t drive, walk without a walker, lift my legs, or function normally. It took me nearly five minutes just to walk a few feet, and Dr. Chuck was incredibly patient, even providing a walker and personally helping me on and off the therapy table.

I went to Dr. Chuck for neck pain. After taking X-rays, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an unbelievable adjustment and some exercises to do at home. Dr. Chuck made me feel comfortable and hopeful for the plan moving forward. I highly recommend him!!!
