Clarisse, I hope I spelled it right. Was the nicest...she allowed me to hold my daughters dress for the next day. It was an above and beyond experience talking with her. She gave me options which is more than I can say for the other stores there in wellington green.

This is the best forever 21 in all Palm Beach County, I normally go to the one in outlets or the one in boca as they are the malls I usually go to, but today I decided to go to this mall and I was speechless when I saw how beautiful this store is. Amazing service Elio and Manny were the sweetest boys ever they helped update my kids wardrobe and mine, I will definitely come back.

This is so far the best I have ever seen a forever 21 store in South Florida. I am obsess with fashion and I travel across of South Florida and New York. the first difference I spot since the last time I came to this specific location since November 2019 is the Store presentation I mean it was clean, neat and organized. I spot the colors the style, the visual merchandise was on point. I also found an improve on their customer service I was greeted and offered help as soon as I walked in. Amazing experience.
