Making an appointment can be a bit tricky over the phone, but once you get someone it takes not even 5 minutes. A lot of availability from what I've seen.

What I thought initially was slow service turned out to be one of the BEST experiences I’ve had at any JCPenney salon. I had Tamara do my hair!!! Not only did she do an amazing job, but she and I talked the entire time about the beauty and blessings of the Lord! Tamara McGee is amazing!!!
JCPENNEY, Wellington, salon is a ripoff! They charged me almost double the quoted amount! Never again! Dishonest practices! Disgraceful! She said what the manager quoted is different from what the stylist charges! Be honest so people are fully informed! Nevertheless, to be fair, “Carolene” did a wonderful job.
