Focus Family Care has been by far one of the best home care agencies I've ever worked with. They truly listened to what my family was looking for and matched us with an amazing caregiver who has become like part of our family. The office regularly checks in to make sure everything is going well, and it's clear they genuinely care about both their clients and caregivers. Thank you Focus Family!!!

Edit: I was called by the owner of this home health agency and she apologized for what happened. They made it right and I am very thankful for that. I was glad she listened and she was truly apologetic.
For two weeks straight I sat and waited for a nurse to visit me. Each and every day that time window for the appointment would pass and I thought I will give them 30 more minutes. They never showed up. I called and each time it was a different excuse. At one point a nurse did show up but she did not know how to flush my port. This company is a incredible team for the care of my daughter. I called left message after hour I receive a call 5 mins later about a series matter it was handle less than 10 - 15 mins I love the staff they right to the money. Thank you for the care they give my daughter Eu'toria
