I have been using Flamingo Air and Heat for about 3 years. My most recent service was a split-system changeout. Jon and the other technician were amazing. I was concerned because our air handler is upstairs. Nothing was damaged. They cleaned as they worked. I was dealing with the owner for 3 months prior to signing an estimate and securing services for the replacement. He was knowledgeable, understanding and provided me with the information that I needed to make a decision. He never lost patience with my questions and never rushed me to choose his company. Super happy with Andy. He was the only contractor to return my call on a weekend, and he arrived promptly. All business and an honest man, he didn’t overcharge and took the time to educate me on my AC unit. Highly recommend him and he will be my go-to in the future!Service: A/C system maintenance
