My mom came home late one night last week to an AC blowing air but not cooling. Cooling Advisors was the only company we called that picked up the phone after hours. The woman mom spoke to was kind and helpful and sent the guys out to us first thing the next morning. They found the problem right away (fuse), replaced the part and refilled the refrigerant - even cut back the trees for my mom around the outdoor unit. : ) Price for service was reasonable. Best part was they explained to us exactly what was happening and made suggestions for repair but no bullying to spend $10K and replace the system, which happened to mom in the past with another company. I highly recommend Cooling Advisors. Mike and Brian, who recently serviced our two AC units and installed Ultraviolet lights in the units, were professional in every respect. They arrived on time, did their work efficiently and advised us on how to get the best out of our system. They were also personable and they answered all our questions.
