The reviews speak for themselves!, you guys do enough to get paid, you thrive off people being unaware. So I expressed sensitivity as I do have gum recession and bone loss, as your hygienist expressed, you can clearly see it on the x-rays too, so I asked for a referral to a periodontist, this office tells me, you don’t need one.how? When I witnessed bleeding when I floss and brush daily. So the receptionist tells me I should go based off what the dentist see vs how I feel, you can’t be serious. Do not recommend. It’s been eight days now since I went in and I’m still waiting for pre-authorization. So I called my dental insurance and they said they have not received any paperwork at all from this office . When I call back to the dental office, they’re not answering. And, when the insurance calls them , they don’t answer either. These people are pathetic. Go somewhere else.. not professional at all, very rude when answering the phone!!!
