From start to finish (less than 5 months) we were so impressed with Jim, the office team and different crews that worked the difference phases, from construction to pool school! Jim and his team are amazing! After meeting with almost 10 companies, we immediately felt the confidence in Craft Master Custom Pools. While they weren’t the cheapest (and also not the most expensive), we knew what we were getting with Craft Master- quality at a great price that we wouldn’t have to worry about. Jim is so incredibly knowledgeable about pool construction and how to navigate the politics of permit approvals. We had a good experience working with Craft Master Pools. Our pool was built in 2016. We interviewed 4 pool companies. My parents previously had Craft Master build their pool a few years before. Jim, the owner, came out for the estimate. He was the most professional and best priced at that time. We did a pool with sunshelf with bubbler. Everything was done on time including the fence and pavers. We were very happy with Craft Master pools and would use them again.Services: Design
