He checked out the unit,found the issue and wrote me up the estimate.
As with any business there can be hiccups.

I can't rave enough about Cooling Advisors and Gabe, who's been our tech the last two times. We joined the cooling club and are so happy we did. You pay a low monthly fee, lower than a Netflix subscription and that covers two yearly preventative maintenance services per year and discounted service whenever needed. Our air conditioner literally stopped working Tuesday night right before Milton was scheduled to be arriving and I called that evening and they came out that next morning, first thing. My drip pan was full so had shut air off not to overflow but my handler's in the attic so I did not know. Boom, Gabe came and went straight to work. With our Cooling Club discount, $49! Now, I can't even imagine what an emergency service would have cost us but this company and Gabe are fantastic. I absolutely love them! Sign up and you will see. I have such a peace of mind using them. Heard about them from Virginia on 97.9 WRMF. So glad I took her advice and joined the club. Excellent service!!!
