We initially had Comfort Zone install an Ecobee Wi-Fi enabled thermostat when we bought our home in 2023, that was a terrific recommendation. It works great, and is super easy to use. We signed up for the quarterly A/C service and that has been an easy and consistently high quality experience.
Last week, our Air Conditioning stopped cooling, we could see it remotely on the Ecobee. I called that morning and Comfort Zone came out later that day. Our Carrier A/C had failed, and it turned out that the Freon valve went bad, along with the coil and the pan. Our A/C was down hard and we were coming back from NJ later that day.
