Jim was terrific in getting all cameras, cable and low voltage wiring working in the house we just purchased. Comet installed with the original build however we did not have any information from the seller on anything installed. Jim got me all the information on what was in the house, made sure it was in like new working condition and ensured I was knowledgeable of what was installed and how it works. Excellent solution to what could have been a headache with the new home.

I have been a Comet customer since my home build in 2021. I purchased control 4 packages and had everything pre-wired. What's most important is the tweaking, adjusting and customization needed after the build completion. That is where I need to compliment Jim Esser and his consistent attention to detail and customer service. Without Jim's experience, patience and attention to detail I would be lost.
