We where very pleased with the service we received from Comet. JR was very through and did a great job explaining the steps he took to address the issue. We appreciate his professionalism.
I have been a Comet customer since my home build in 2021. I purchased control 4 packages and had everything pre-wired. What's most important is the tweaking, adjusting and customization needed after the build completion. That is where I need to compliment Jim Esser and his consistent attention to detail and customer service. Without Jim's experience, patience and attention to detail I would be lost. He is always available to help the customer. Thanks Comet for the control 4 piece of mind and most importantly Thanks Jim!
Comet did all of our electrical installations and sound system. We had a great experience with Jim specifically. He was always LIGHTENING fast with his responses no matter day/time and always had someone out to the house first available to troubleshoot any problems along the way.
