I took Lauren’s mat Pilates class and it was the HARDEST , most amazing class ever!! She is so sweet, accommodating, and challenged me!! I’ve been taking yoga + Pilates class for years and hers was most challenging + uplifting class I’ve ever taken, I loved it!!
