I had a fantastic experience working with Julian from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Julian came out within a day of my request for a quote, arrived on time, and was completely professional. After testing my water, he clearly explained what was needed and patiently answered all of my many many questions. His customer service was exceptional! He even stopped by on the day of installation to check in and make sure everything went smoothly.
Aaron, who installed the system, was equally wonderful. He arrived on time, was friendly and understanding about my barking dogs, and did an excellent job with the installation.

Atlantic Filter is a terrific business that everyone (who has a water treatment system) should have in their smartphone! Knowledgeable caring staff; excellent field service and well stocked replacement parts.
