I was scheduled to have surgery at the VA Medical Center in Riviera Beach, but the medical center would not do the surgery if I didn’t have a responsible adult to take responsibility for me. I called Visiting Angels and spoke with both Rebecca and Ryan, they were both pleasant, and attentive to my needs. The surgery went well, and I am very happy that I reached out to them 🙂 🙏🏻

Marina and the assisting hands team were amazing. They provided care to my mother in her last seven months with Alzheimer’s. They were extremely easy to work with, and the level of care was second to none. Most importantly, Ana Rondon, who was my mother’s full-time caretaker, was an angel sent from heaven. Ana not only provided care, but love. She was truly remarkable.

I highly recommend Assisting Hands. They provide care for a relative. All of the caregivers are excellent. They are professional, caring and dependable. The administrators are easy to get in touch with and worked with me to get the right personalities as caregivers. I am out of town and so depend almost exclusively on them. I couldn't be happier.

Assisting Hands went above and beyond to ensure that my father was cared for. After my father suffered a stroke and became terminal due to his cancer, I called Assisting Hands from the hospital and spoke with Carly in the office. She was kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful in providing my sister and I with the information we needed to set up care for my dad once he was discharged from the hospital. She even arranged for the company's owner, Marina, to conduct a home visit the very next day, and was able to set up care immediately for the same evening. Marina and her team were more than willing to work with us every step of the way - when minor issues arose, Marina was quick to rectify them and provide speedy resolution, ensuring that we felt taken care of. We loved many of the caregivers we worked with - one of them even worked for over a week straight every night without a break to ensure continuity of care for my dad until he passed. Although this was an incredibly difficult time for my sister and me, Assisting Hands was a positive light and made our experience more bearable. Thank you, Marina and team!
