Hands down the best investment a Floridian can make! I was already thrilled with the professionalism and ease of doing business I experienced with APS, but I'm even happier now after my little test run during Hurricane Milton. Thankfully my home only lost power for about 2 hours, but the generator did it's job seamlessly. The power went out at 2am, the generator kicked on, and the rest of the family never even knew the difference until I told them later on. The process was smooth as butter. Dominic come out and give me a quote, as well as a proposal within 24 hours. Price was very fair compared others I had received quotes from. Service and attention has been very good up so far. Would highly recommend. Thanks Dominic!
They answer their phones. My installer doesn't. They under stood my issues and made a service appointment for me immediately, my installer didn't. They found the problem and fixed it right then and there, my installer wanted to charge me and wouldn't use the service history long for the repeated issues. Troy and Mike were great! Can't say enough good things about this company.
