( even though he could be stubborn. Every time I call to talk about things you took the time to listen and you made me feel better as well.
Melissa OMG. What can I say she took great care of my dad and nothing ever bothered her. She has become a very good friend. She remained very professional when caring for dad and with me what can I say other than she kept me laughing and always shared photos of her family .
Miss O. Lovely woman. Everytime she came through my doors he would say hi, take her shoes off, put her things down and immediately went to wherever dad was and she sit down next to him and hold his hand and talk to him. She is a beautiful soul.

To say my husband a Viet Nam combat Veteran care provided by comfort keepers Tiffin/Lima Ohio office managed by Denise was subpar to say the least. Our privacy HIPAA was violated and the same aide asked my husband to get her nails done. The VA nurse witnessed her talking about other clients devolging personal information. We asked for her not to come back management sent her back twice. Making us uncomfortable in our own home. No calls No shows. Lack of care. Lying about completing daily tasks. One aide left and didn't tell my son when we were on vacation. Leaving my husband with dementia unattended multiple times. I have video and pictures. I brought these issues to the supervisor Denise she did not care. Instead because I advocate for my disabled husband they called it disrespectful and stopped his care abruptly. I never once used foul language. They didn't like my tone the same way I didn’t like how rude and condescending they are and expect me to kiss their behinds to do the job they are paid to do. I can't speak for the other offices but the NWO Tiffin/Lima is definitely not an agency that I would in good conscious recommend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it won't let me change it“
