I absolutely LOVE this company. I currently work for them and they really care about both their caregivers and clients they service. I love my coworkers and office staff. They have an encouraging environment and want you to always continue your education while working there. I am very happy to be a part of such a wonderful team of caring people.
From the very beginning, my experience with Home Instead has been amazing. Every employee I have interacted with has been professional and compassionate. Prior to calling Home Instead, I had been using another home care company and was not getting the consistency and kind of care workers my mother and I wanted. We started with four hours a day, five days a week and because my mother and I are so happy mom has agreed to increase her care to six days a week, 8 hours a day. I can now relax and know that the staff at Home Instead is always there to take care of mom and me. I highly recommend Home Instead!
I have been working for Home Instead Senior Care for 3 months now. I had no idea what a satisfying and fulfilling job this would become. I love working with the clients and helping to assist them in accomplishing their daily challenges of life.
