I walked in the store to buy a specific tile that no retail store apparently had and Ronny, the representative I spoke with was able to easily locate what i needed. Not only did he place the order but he followed up with me to give me status updates on when my shipment would arrive. The day I picked it up, Ronny had already left for the day and Justin was there to help and assist me. Also another great worker. The gentleman far to the left was also a very nice gentleman.
