I just wanted to take a moment and give a big thank you to Lily at Zoom Tan Wesley Chapel. I don't know if any of you have heard of the saying service with a smile? That is what I got today with Lily. It had been a while since I had a membership and she was super patient and very kind. Unfortunately these days we take the time to complain more than we do commend, so I just wanted to make sure that I gave a big shout out too Lily for doing a great job today. As far as the facility, unbelievably clean, organized, friendly what seems to be updated equipment. I'm looking forward to trying the red therapy soon thanks again!

I was having a problem with my app for weeks! It was stating I was not a member, which clearly I was. I was so frustrated. I called customer service several times, they tried to help, and were unable too. Finally, someone gave me the email regarding any app issues. I have been in communication with Jared Reuter regarding my issues and he confirmed my membership, he told me, he’ll work on it and get back to me. Welp, he did get back to me and resolved the problem I was having. I deleted the app like he had told me to do, and finally, I was able to add my license and verify my photo!!! He made my day!!!! Always a smile when I walk through the door, the girls are so welcoming, fast and efficient check-in, spray tan rooms are always clean as well as the bathroom! Thank you for a pleasant experience every time keep up the great job!
