I had been waiting months for a routine cleaning. I had to reschedule once for a personal matter, resulting in another month long wait due to requesting a late afternoon appointment (I work full time). Late afternoon and evening appointments are very difficult to come by. And then the day before my appointment, the office called saying they had to cancel my appointment because my hygienist had to go to a child’s graduation. I was very disappointed in this because clearly a graduation event is planned in advance and should have been known. And furthermore they tell me the next late afternoon appointment available for rescheduling is not for another many months. They did nothing to try to accommodate me after cancelling on me last minute. Needless to say I will not be going back to this office. Extremely frustrating

Let’s be honest….Having 5 teeth prepped for crowns & receiving 5 temporary crowns in one appointment is not what you would describe as a pleasant experience. But if that’s what you need, Dr. Macguire is your person. She & her skilled assistant, made the procedure go seamlessly and pain free. When I leave a 2 hour dental appt. with a smile in my heart, Dr. Macguire deserves 5 stars.
