Stephanie went above and beyond she got my order right and I got it delivered within a week went back for adjustment. She also showed me how to put the clip on and off. Very happy with my experience.

Recently purchased my first pair of glasses and sunglasses from WP at this location. Long story short, my original order had issues with processing, but Chloe was phenomenal. She was excellent and continued to follow up with me for weeks to ensure it was finally resolved and just went above and beyond. Not a surprise that she is also mentioned in other reviews! And of course the quality and fit of the glasses has been amazing.

Warby Parker has a new long term customer for sure.

I ordered my prescription glasses online and required an adjustment of the frames for my face. Chloe was very professional and friendly and adjusted my glasses frames in less than 15 minutes 🤓! I highly recommend Warby Parker both online and in brick-and-mortar locations.
