If you’re reading this, get the extended warranty from your hardware store when you buy a water heater! The people here are very nice.. Responsive.. But I wish they charged by the job and not the hour. It becomes stressful! The technicians (Especially the second one) are Very knowledgeable. I never get mad at people for being capitalist… However, it comes to the point where it’s almost better to buy a whole new water heater, and that shouldn’t be the case for a simple part. There’s so much technology that it tells you what is wrong with it by the code on the water heater. (Diagnostic should cost about $50 in my opinion!) I am the maintenance manger for Birchwood properties downtown said Pete. From the first moment I reached out to Tri care. It was nothing but pure professionalism. George one of there service technicians was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he came out first and got the ball rolling,We were experiencing some hot water issues that multiple plumbing companies couldn’t not figure out. Being a big commercial property are water systems is complex. Sam the owner came out and explained everything from top to bottom what the problem was why we had the problem and the most important a solution to the problem.
