    Updating my previous review. The company came back out, reviewed the situation, and ultimately admitted there was an error on their end and corrected it. It takes a lot for a company to acknowledge a mistake and take action to make things right.
    They refunded everything except for the one hour of service, which we felt was fair given the circumstances. We appreciate them taking responsibility and working to resolve the issue.

    We hired Tri Care Services for a leaking pipe and they were fantastic. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and had it fixed right away with no hassle. Professional, courteous, and clearly know what they are doing. We will definitely call them again.

    My tankless water heater went out four days before Thanksgiving, and every big-name plumber I called had no idea how to fix it, they just tried to sell me an expensive new unit.

    When I called Tri-Care, the owner, Sam, personally answered and immediately started diagnosing the problem over the phone. He sent his tech, Jeff, out the same day to do a full service and diagnostic. By the time he was done, I had a clear understanding of what was wrong and what my options were.
