So I took both my sons last Sunday to get a hair cut and a bang trim, my oldest son who is autistic is absolutely terrified of the clippers but me. D did a wonderful job with him! In fact I’ll always ask for her to cut my sons hair she she very patient with him and just fantastic! My youngest son on the other hand only went for a bang trim.. I told the lady I wanted the same cut in the front just shorter and out of his face. He’s only had 1 hair cut prior because I wanted him to keep his long hair.. he’s only 3 and I wasn’t ready to let his baby hair go yet, his first hair cut they gave him just a trim and it looked great! So I told the lady I wanted the same style cut just shorter in the front.. he had swoopy bangs and when she turned that chair around she had cut his bangs straight across.. at first it didn’t look that bad and I’ve tried convincing myself it’s just hair it will grow back but this hair cut looks awful it’s uneven, it wasn’t what I asked for and the more I look at it I want to cry.. I wanted to keep his hair but I really think the only way to fix it is to cut it all off.. I feel like my choice to keep his hair was pretty much taken away because how can it be fixed.. he went from a Prince Charming hair cut to Larry from dumb and dumber.. the lady herself was very nice and I’m in customer service as well so I really didn’t want to make it a big deal but I really really hate this hair cut! I live 40 minutes away and I’m 38 weeks pregnant so it’s not like I can just mosey on down there when I feel like it. I’m posting pics of the very first hair cut and the last

Terrible service! I came here with my daughter at our scheduled appointment time. We stood next to our stylist and waited while she spent 15 minutes chatting with a friend about her personal life, completely ignoring us. After that, she gathered her things and walked away. Twenty minutes after our appointment time, I asked the receptionist where our stylist was, only to be told that she was already cutting another child’s hair in a different room and that we should wait. Excuse me? So we are supposed to wait while your employee chats, disappears, and then takes another client instead of us? Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Just took my daughter for her first haircut. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. All the ladies inside are beyond nice and super helpful. Dayshawna was our stylist, and we couldn’t have asked for someone better. We will absolutely return!

This place is super modern and the service was unbeatable. The person who attended my son is highly recommendable , I just wish I remembered her name since it was our first time here. We will definitely be coming back! Even though it’s a busy place with plenty of chairs for kids, they also have a comfortable area for parents to wait. Very clean, stylish, and overall super recommended

I’ve always brought my daughter Valeria to this salon and we’ve usually had great experiences. Unfortunately, this time we had a very disappointing one with Shirley. She didn’t wet my daughter’s hair before cutting it, wasn’t friendly at all, and rushed the haircut—it was done in under 5 minutes and turned out badly.
I called to voice my concern, and thankfully, the staff was very understanding. We went back and Ms. D corrected the haircut. She was extremely professional, warm, and kind to both me and my daughter. The final result was beautiful and we left very happy.
We’ll definitely keep coming back to this salon—but from now on, we’ll always book with Ms. D or another stylist, just not Shirley.

We had such a great experience with Shirley! She cut my daughter’s hair and did an amazing job — so patient, professional, and kind. Shirley really listened to what we wanted, and the final result was perfect. My daughter left smiling and feeling so confident. Highly recommend Shirley if you’re looking for someone who’s great with kids and really knows what they’re doing!
