Everyone is usually very nice and helpful at the store. I enjoy shopping there. Derek was super sweet, attentive and patient. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience today when the sales associate Elizabeth was extremely rude and disrespectful. I honestly don’t want to go there anymore.

I had homecoming makeup done by Vikki and she was fantastic.Vikki is very friendly and attentive. She was wonderful at color matching, pays close attention to detail and is a talented make up artist. If you need make up done, have Vikki do it. You won't be sorry.

I haaaaate walking around beauty supply stores knowing I want something but having no idea what the best options are. Ian greeted me at the door, I told him I needed heat protectant for my hair and lip liner and a new perfume and to just lead me in the right direction. He was so confident and so kind helping me find the right products for my hair type, the right shade for my makeup and even introduced me to some fabulous new scents that my bf loves!!! Ian… you made my whole day. Thank you for being you and for being so willing and excited to help a girl out! I got in and out of that store in 15 mins!! You’re the best.
