There were great deals for back to school shopping. The woman at the front counter who checked me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my children with me picking out new clothes/shoes for school and she helped me checking out and informed me of all the discounts available to me for signing up with my phone number, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch her name and I wish I did. My family had a wonderful day shopping.
This is a well managed and staffed JCP but what makes it special is guys like Thomas (Drapes and Linens). We were in a long checkout line in another department and Thomas came over to us and offered to help us at his register. He was very professional and personable in helping us checkout...what a pleasure he was! I wish I could give him a 6 star rating but Google only allows a 5 stars so I hope someone from the store gives him another star!
JC penny hair salon is my only must go to. Very busy place, hard to get appointments at times because the stylist are so awesome and great. Love how Bri is my absolute best hairstylist EVER! Dont forget to check website for salon Coupons! Stylist will never remind you are mention coupons. So check yourself be fore going! They always have at least 10% coupon off & at times 50% coupons! Always Check before going! They like to push products on you to meet quotas so just speak up if dont need. Nothing is free, so everything they say they will do to your hair will cost you.Make sure to ask questions if unsure. ENJOY! Its well worth it!
