We had a swarm of Insects at a rental home we own. The renters called a local company who identified the insects as dry wood termites. They wanted to have the tenant move out and tent the house. I called the company we used who referred us Ricker as they dont do termite treatments. I called and spoke to Amber who was amazing. The next day Brian was on site and called me with recommended treatment. I approved it and they immediately sprung into action. As a person who owns multiple service companies I hope we perform as well as these folks. Great Job Rick and Staff. Customer for life.
We have been using Rick Ricker for years. Andrew H. arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He did an excellent job in checking and treating every inch of our house. We especially appreciated the extensive searching of our attic for any creatures. Thank you once again.
