AVOID GOING HERE!!! I've been going since I was a kids. They used to be great. I don't know why but the past few years the staff has been terrible. Wouldn't refill my meds when I needed them before a trip. Office staff screamed at my mother when she went in to confront them. They don't answer their phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Also, notice how all the 5 star reviews are from several years ago. Debbie, who works at the desk needs to be fired.

I recommend Lifetime Family Care been with them for 10 years. The staff is very caring Tracie and all the nurses always do their best to help you feel better then when you first arrived. They always listen to all your concerns and determine which is primary.

Avoid at all costs if you are actually in need of urgent care. I went to this place because they were in-network and listed as Urgent Care with great reviews. When I arrived, the office was closed for lunch from 12-1:00pm (I arrived at 12:30). I thought this was very odd for an urgent care facility, but I waited anyway. When they opened the doors at 1pm, I was told they don't take walk-ins and they weren't yet setup for true urgent care. In my opinion, this is false advertising. There is a sign on the building that says Urgent Care. Another sign says Walk-In Clinic. Very disappointed!

This has been my primary care for almost a year now and I can honestly say I have never been happier. The entire team is absolutely amazing and each team member goes the extra mile to ensure their patients are taken care of. Dr. Yousef and his team easily set the standard for customer service and quality care. The way they conduct themselves should be looked at as a beacon of inspiration for other locations. As a side note, I have never, in my adult life had a Dr. call me at 7pm on a Friday night to check up on me after an appointment. I'm not sure if this is common practice; however, I can say that simple action gained them a lifetime patient. A big thank you to Dr. Yousef and the team at Lifetime Family Urgent Care.
