Johnathan was able to get to our house within 24 hrs. to look at a mysterious issue that caused several exterior walls to become saturated with water. He examined our roof and took several pictures showing the moisture content of the walls. Turns out our roof is still in good shape and there is no need for roof repair or replacement. He was very prompt, professional, and most of all honest. Others would had tried to sell me a new roof.
We own a 31/2 year old home that developed a leak. Called this morning and spoke with an amazing woman, Rickie. The owner, Johnny came within an hour and repaired the roof. BTW, they were NOT the original roofer. Kudos to Iron Const.
I wanted to leave review for Iron City Construction for future customers. I did get a bid from them for a new roof along with 2 other company’s. I found their product and service well worth looking at .Four stars because I did not use them, I decided to go with another but did want to share my views. I thank them for taking time to bid my project which was a bit higher than others but not the deal breaker. I would refer anyone looking to do a roof to look at Iron city construction!
