Gecko Roofing is the best! I recently had them take on two projects on two different homes back to back! David (owner) gave me a very competitive price which was the best price of all the quotes I got considering the top quality materials they use, they don’t cut corners! David did everything he said he would do and was courteous, professional, prompt and even worked around an unexpected family issue that came up in the middle of the project that inconvenienced him, but he never complained and stated that he completely understood the situation. Had Gecko Roofing install 10 additional tile roof vents and replace a broken tile. They've installed roof vents in several of my neighbors houses. David was quick to come out and quote, was knowledgeable, friendly, communicated well and easy to work with. The quoted price was comparable to others. Project went smoothly and was done as stated. The roofer was friendly, polite and cleaned up very well after the work was completed. Time will tell as to long term durability and workmanship but the finished work looks good and closely matches the vents the builders installed. As of right now I'm quite satisfied and would call them for any roofing needs in the future.
Was able to get the detailed estimate with full explanation on a short notice. Was told to a professional job, what must be done. I had two other competing proposals. However based on hands on experience of Mr. David Garcia gave me a lot of confidence.
