I have always had good interactions with the staff. Doctors, PA's, ARNP's have been mice and knowledgeable for the most part. The bedside manner of one of the pulmonologists could use a bit of work but good staff overall.

I love both of my Orthos: Dr.Cooper and Dr. Domby. I’ve been a patient of Dr.Cooper’s for several years, since I have arthritis in my knees. He listens and talks all options with you. I trust him completely. Dr. Domby is my shoulder Ortho since I decided to fall down the stairs in May of 2024. He always explains what is going on, and doesn’t mind if I write things down.(I’m Autistic so that helps) However, do not let his quiet demeanor fool you, he is so funny. And is favorite answer to any question of “can I do (insert activity) or can I go(insert place) is “Absolutely not”

My appointment went so smooth with Allergy and Asthma. The front desk ladies, Kelsie & Donna, were very patient, professional, and knowledgeable of needs. They were generally in a good mood. WHO WANTS TO GO TO THE DOC ONLY TO BE GREETED BY A NEGATIVE NANCY WHO HATES HER JOB OR HAVING A BAD DAY?! These ladies made sure my initial experience was great! Thanks ladies!!!
