- a polite, respectful barber named Trini in a SUIT
- a list of questions from him to tailor the cut exactly as I wanted it
- a delightful conversation where we talked about everyday things, where he was from, family
- a HOT TOWEL after he used the razor on my neck
- a shoulder MASSAGE after the hot towel
- results that were simple, yet elegant, and a wonderful experience.

When I arrived, I was warmly greeted, and the barber, who was both experienced and welcoming, asked about my preferred style before carefully tailoring the haircut to my liking. The barbershop had a great vibe, and from what I observed, all the barbers appeared professional and highly skilled. It's worth noting that Bob's is an old-school, cash-only establishment, which adds to its charm.“
