“Usually I don’t have any complaints about staff or services …. But Lori is something else. Maybe she was having a bad day today & decided to take it out on/in front of my son, my husband, and myself. I booked two appointments online this afternoon, one with Steve and one with Joe. The website allowed me to pick these two barbers and my email even confirmed them with today’s date and times. Apparently Steve is on vacation. Ok cool. There’s a bunch of other barbers that were available. But Lori decided it was a wise choice to tell me “no you didn’t” when I said my son had an appt with Steve, because according to my co formation email, I did. I know what I booked …. Even confirmed it while I was in the barber shop. Then she apparently had the nastiest attitude towards the other staff members as she went to get her much over due cup of coffee, and then when she returned because she didn’t get her lunch. Customer service extends are past client facing …. Being rude to your coworkers makes for quite the unpleasant of atmospheres.
