Steve has been with me over 10years with my AC repairs, Steve and his crew installed my new AC unit 5 years ago. They are honest not just out to make a buck off you.
They take time to fully diagnose the issue. As the old saying goes there is more than one way to skin a cat. I h ave been pleased with the great customer service which is very important to me, and the overall quality of services they have rendered for me. I set myself up on their maintenance plan to keep my AC in a healthy condition which is worth my investment in my AC. They are a great team!.
How could you ask for anything more? Serious honesty from this company. I literally called them and they just told me how to fix my HVAC's AC issue (not a super simple fix either). Anything I need in the future, this is where I am going. I talked to Tom and he was super friendly and candid. I appreciate that so much. We recently bought a house in January and our AC system was not cooling to a good temperature. Working through our warranty company, Air4U came out within a week and diagnosed the issue. They were very honest and showed us how they got the diagnosis they did. They walked us through the whole diagnostics process. They went above and beyond to try to save us as much money as possible without jeopardizing the quality. I was very happy with their service. They come out later to fix the unit. I would highly recommend .
