Awesome place 😃 It's a one stop facility for all PT and exercise needs. Inspirational staff and clients. Very friendly, clean and convenient. I'll be visiting for all future body rehab to come. You won't be disappointed.
This gym meets my physical, spiritual, and social needs. I love the classes. There are a variety of classes and teachers so I was able to find classes that fit my schedule and my personality. This gym fits me spiritual because it is peaceful and friendly. I felt welcome from day 1. It fits my needs socially because everyone is friendly. Ive made great friends and I look forward to working out.
I wanted to update my review after spending more time here. I really love the changes that have been made around the gym — you can tell there’s real effort being put into improving the overall experience.
One thing that stood out to me was securing the treadmills. That was a great decision. Everything feels more stable, organized, and safe, and it honestly makes a noticeable difference during workouts.
The facility is consistently clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the environment is solid for anyone serious about training. The staff has also always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.
