I went into Walmart Vision (Vero Beach) intending to buy new glasses because mine had broken. Trevor offered to take a look and see if he could repair them instead. He took about five minutes and came back with my glasses completely fixed — good as new.
He wouldn’t charge me or even accept a tip. As a UK student staying in the USA, that kindness and level of customer service really stood out. Absolutely outstanding service from Trevor. Thank you again Trevor, what a guy!
I had a very good experience with having my frames filled with the “correct” corrective lenses. The associates were very professional and the quality is great. I previously had my glasses from America’s NOT so Best optical. The lenses were terrible; guess you get what you pay for.
I was hesitant coming here from the mixed reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The doctor saw my son without an appointment and did an excellent job. We got some great glasses picked out that he loves. It took less than a week to get them in. I received a text when they arrived. When we picked them up they helped adjust them before we left so they would fit perfectly. Great place with great people.
