Had my first time getting contacts here a few weeks ago and the customer service was an easy 10/10. I really struggled to get them in the first visit and even had to come back a week later to try again. At both appointments, Dr. Sierra and the entire staff were so kind, patient, and thorough the whole time. They spent like 45 minutes working with me until I finally got them in. I ended up tearing one of my sample contacts and they had no issue giving me another pair. Truly amazing care from start to finish & definitely recommend!

I cal call your Fort pierce Florida store first and want to get an idea about how much lens would be for my Rx for my glasses. The Hispanic sounding women acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and treated me poorly. I thank called the Vero Beach Fl store and spoke with Andie she was so nice and helpful she even told me what Pair frames they had at the store and was able to give me a good idea of how much my lens would be about as the best she could as I was not in the store but she gave me a ball park range witch was what I wanted. My frame broke on my glasses. So I needed a new frame that fits the same lens. They called all around because it was discontinued and found one I believe it was in Georgia. It was mailed down to the store and they called me and snapped in my prescription. I was very thankful and it was only $40 cuz they were discontinued and they snapped them in with no charge. Needless to say I was very happy.
