The crew arrived on time (actually earlier) for the scheduled visit. They were courteous and professional, good listeners as to my explaining the water heater issues, and efficiently identified the problem for a quick fix.

Southern plumbing was recommended by my neighbor. The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional and showed me why I have been having trouble flushing one of my toilets. It was roughed in incorrectly 22 years ago! They took the time to show me the problem in great detail which I appreciate it. I am going to hire them to correct the rough-in problem as I now have confidence in the company.
