So disappointed. I went for a mani/pedi. The manicure was the worst I’ve ever had. It was worst than what a 10 year old would do. The guy trimmed my nails so short. Then put three layers of polish plus clear polish and after drying for ten minutes, nails were still wet and started to bubble up. I told him nails were not drying and polish was coming off at simple touch.I should not have paid. It was a horrible manicure.

I helped a co-worker purchase a gift certificate for his girlfriend for their anniversary based on the reviews. He purchased the package that included a massage, facial, lunch and a pedicure. When she made her appointment and went they told her there was no one there to give her the massage or facial so they started with pedicure and told her she would have to come back another day. Right before the pedicure was over they told her someone would be in to give her the facial but to reschedule the massage.
