This place is a true gem. From the yoga classes, to the massage therapy, sound baths and EMDR therapy… I cannot thank Nikki and John enough for creating such a wonderful place to help others heal and be supported.

I can’t say enough good things about Restorative Wellness in Vero Beach. I‘ve been taking yoga classes with them for almost a year and I can say all their yoga teachers are exceptional. Each one brings a unique perspective to yoga and is eager to share that with the class. I have yet to be disappointed. Very recently, I had a personal lesson with Tilly. She incorporated weights and resistance bands to add a new element to the training. It really helped me focus on what my body was doing with each pose (plus adding strength).
