This place feels super dodgy to me. I didn’t even stay for my whole appointment. First point of contact, the receptionist extremely unfriendly and not helpful - she had the attitude like she couldn’t even bother. Now the company is harassing me by sending tons of emails and text messages even though I’m not a patient. And now they’re claiming I owe them money when I already paid them for the first appointment. Their accounting won’t call me back even though I’ve left multiple messages on their voicemail.
I would say this has been a bad experience. I don’t recommend anyone getting involved with this company.

My experience was outstanding! The entire therapy staff and the onsite business manager were professional, friendly, respectful and genuine. After 21 sessions, I felt like I became part of their family! So much so, that I would be remiss if I failed to mention them here. My trainers Felix and Cindy, who encouraged, lead and guided me threw the majority of my therapy sessions. And, Katie, who managed the daily business, including patient scheduling, patient payments, insurance companies, call-in phone calls, plus more. And, with all that Kattie never missed the opportunity to welcome each patient with warmth and smiles.
Should I need physical therapy again, I will return directly to them as fast as I can! They are great people who produce great results for their patients. See for yourself!

The physical therapist is great — very professional and attentive — but the clinic’s front desk is terrible. You walk in and the receptionist doesn’t even look at you, doesn’t say good morning, and when you try to talk to her, she has an attitude. Also, she takes her lunch break at the front desk, so she stays on the phone talking about personal matters, and there’s no one else to cover for her. Very unprofessional! Terrible reception!!!

The first couple of weeks after surgery are critical for PT and you need a place that understands its patients needs. This place lacks effort, seriousness, and purpose. You can get the same attention from a PT app such as Hinge Health. If you looking to get back to normal life quickly, I would not recommend this place.
