I have never written a review before but after having permanent makeup done by Carolyn I just want you all to know how wonderful and caring this lady is. I went to get my eyes done and went back a week later and had my lips done also. The eyes did hurt some as expected but she pampered me to where it didn't hurt. They were numb along with my lips. There was hardly any swelling. Within a couple days my eyes were amazing and healed. On the other hand my lips took a little longer to heal but only felt as though they were chapped. A few days later, the color on the lips faded and pealed to where you really don't see any color and it makes you wonder where the color... read full review
