My husband and I worked with Nancy when we came to Vero Beach to find a home. In addition to her upbeat personality and positive approach, Nancy is a professional business person who knows the market. Our transaction went smoothly, and her follow-up has been excellent. We can highly recommend.
Reviews
La mejor realtor que hemos conocido. La bendición de tener nuestro nuevo y hermoso y primer hogar fue gracias a ella. Definitivo un ángel en el camino. Gracias Nancy por tu dedicación para que nosotros lograramos nuestro sueño.
I cannot recommend Nancy highly enough. I just moved to Florida, and she made a complicated process feel organized and manageable from the first call through closing. Nancy listened to what I actually needed: location, timeline, and the practical details of settling in. She then found options that fit; we also did a few video sessions of each condo before my arrival to Florida; this gave me a lay of the land before my arrival. She explained Florida contracts, inspections, insurance, and HOA issues and never left me guessing about the next step. Showings were efficient, negotiations went smoothly, and we negotiated a great deal. I could not have asked for better representation!
