Can't get a straight answer & answer out of that young realtor girl . Not very professional office , tried to connect after that with their broker - I was told they don't have one !
rental manager barely did anything, then the contract held me hostage. had to continue using if my tenant wanted to stay after 1 year. she want $8100.00 to do nothing. I was forced to let these great tenants go bc I didn't want to renew contract. then she never returned texts or calls. called company but they never got back to me so really not happy with the service. $8100.00 to get a tenant and then do nothing for 11 months. don't use them!!
Melissa Murphy is completely unprofessional and very rude, and the office doesnt seem to care when their agents treat people like garbage. Jennifer Brooks on the other hand was helpful and consistent.
