I recently moved to Vero Beach and made an appointment with Dr. Horner for my annual eye exam. Dr. Horner was very friendly and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything during my exam. I am very pleased with him. His staff was very nice as well. I will gladly recommend him to friends and family. Dr Horner is an easygoing but thorough, conscientious individual, who takes his occupation and his patients very seriously concerning eye care. Although friendly and respectful to all, he gets right down to business when you come in. As it should be.My wife and I have been going to Dr Horner for quite some time now when his office was inside local Walmart Vision Center.When I learnt he had moved, I literally panicked. Went online and thankfully found him at Vision Plus.I would highly recommend him to all here in the Treasure Coast.
