I had an AMAZING massage with Leon at Hand & STone in Vero Beach, Fl. I would HIGHLY recommend him! And the overall ambience was very nice.
Normally I do not leave reviews, but there is no way I wasn’t going to praise Kathy on the outstanding job she did. I have been a hand and stone member for a very long time and she absolutely has been one of the best massages I have ever gotten. Not only did she listen and work on problem areas, she was informative and knowledgeable with great tips. I look forward to seeing her as my new therapist from here on out.
Customer service was horrible! The massage was mediocre! I took my husband for his birthday. I feel you should be treated with respect from the beginning until the end. I also asked if my receipt was being emailed, as of today… I still don’t have a receipt. I wouldn’t go back! Or recommend.
