I contacted Elena for the first time because of a strained back strap muscle. Despite stretching and applying heat and cold, it persisted and even worsened. The spams were intense. Elena provided a thorough massage focusing primarily on my back. It was heavenly. She went right to the pain points and knew exactly what may have caused it and how to treat it. I don’t have therapeutic massages often - as I have not really found anyone who is knowledgeable, skilled, passionate about her work, and very caring and kind. Elana is all of that and more. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Elena is an incredible healer. She listens to what you need and helps clear up blockages and tension in the body with care and intentionality. She asked me if there was anything I wanted to work on for my massage, and I mentioned areas of my body that felt tense and she spent some time in those areas. She also listened when I asked for more or less pressure. She can definitely get in there if you want pressure and is very gentle too, if you want less. Elena doesn't just do massages. She is a true healer. I'm so grateful for the massage I received from her. It helped to ground me. Thank you, Elena! I will be back!
This was the best massage experience I have ever had. Elena listened intently and knew exactly the right approach. She was kind, talented, strong, caring, and incredibly safe and supportive. I felt so much better after one experience, I told her it was worth a plane ride just for that as I'm not local. I strongly recommend Elena and the next time I'm in the area I will be back!
