The staff was welcoming. They always greeted me by name. I was working with Carlo, who, even if I stopped in unexpectedly was always pleasant always forthcoming, and the two receptionist put me at ease.
After having a mishap with my vehicle and having to file an insurance claim, I chose Dyer Collision as they are one of the few remaining family owned collision centers around. Keep in mind that I am also in the automotive industry(luxury European brands), so I was pleased to find that whenever I called, the FIRST point of contact was able to update me on the status of my vehicle, even if it was the front desk person. Absolutely incredible staff, work and service. They took care of everything A-Z, were so nice and explained the whole process for us. They even took care of the rental for us. Would 1000000% reccomend them.
