We have found Drew to be timely, easy to work with and reliable. He consistently keeps his word on time schedules and cost estimates. We had met with a few issues regarding sub-contractors Dunlap recommended and Drew quickly found alternatives to get us back on schedule and within budget.

Dunlap Construction recently completed a renovation/expansion of our family room/dining area located adjacent to our kitchen in our ocean front home in Vero Beach. When we built the house in 2008, we undersized the family room/dining area and did not provide ourselves with enough of an ocean view. We looked at several ideas to develop the available space but Drew Dunlap suggested an extreme modification eliminating a second floor balcony summer kitchen and converting that space to add about 500sq' to our living area. Feb 2021

Dunlap Construction completed a fully paneled library room including bookshelves and cabinets with an aged oak finish and a lot of detail. It turned out beautiful. Drew and his crew did a great job.
